Stay low with this low pole class. We master some basework tricks and flowy transitions on the bottom 3rd of the pole. We combine this with some pretty handstand shapes (you don't have to be able to to a free standing handstand!).

Annuleringsbeleid

Een les annuleren of verplaatsen kan kosteloos tot 24 uur voor aanvang van de les. Niet van toepassing op lessenreeksen, workshops of proeflessen.
